1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Automation, with 5+ years of experience in non-standard automation design (preferred: 3C industry/connector assembly & testing).
2.Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements, independently develop automation solutions, complete structural 3D design, drawing and BOM.
3. Familiar with the principles of mechanical structure, and the principles and basic processes of automation control.
4. Familiar with pneumatic systems, servo motors, and sensor integration.
5. Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in market research, collect and analyze industry information and customer needs, and provide strong basis for product development.
2. Responsible for conceptual design, detailed design, and technical solution development of the product. Lead project development, BOM production, and ECN processing.
3. Collaborate with relevant departments to complete product mold development, sample production, and testing verification.
4. Continuously optimize and improve product performance to enhance product quality and competitiveness.
5. Write product related technical documents, including design documents, specifications, engineering reports, etc.
6. Follow up on the production process of the product and solve technical problems that arise during production.
7. Work closely with cross departmental teams to ensure the smooth launch of products into the market.
8. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the schematic design of the company's photoelectric conversion module, selecting and testing circuit components, and conducting PCB layout design.
2. Responsible for welding, testing, and functional verification of company R&D samples, effectively resolving various hardware issues that arise during the debugging process.
3. Responsible for handling product manufacturing and circuit issues that arise during use, conducting in-depth analysis and problem-solving, and promoting performance optimization and upgrades.
4. Responsible for the assembly, testing, trial production, and assembly of prototypes during the research and development phase.
5. Timely output relevant circuit technical documents or test reports
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in electronic engineering, automation, or related fields.
2. More than 3-5 years of testing experience in the same industry and similar optoelectronic conversion modules, familiar with Ethernet protocol, PAM4 protocol, USB, HDMI, MIPI, etc.
3. Proficient in using engineering drawing software, able to independently complete schematic and PCB design.
4. Having a solid foundation in digital and analog circuits, familiar with the selection of various commonly used electronic devices, and having a precise understanding of various communication interfaces and protocols.
5. Proficient in testing analog and digital circuits, with relevant knowledge of optical chip and optical device packaging.
6. Familiar with the relevant structure and software standards of photoelectric conversion modules. Proficient in operating circuit equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
7. Strong communication skills and team spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility.
